Group Therapy Overview: 

Our first few sessions in our video process group involves creating cohesiveness and trust.

During this time, the group therapists and group members discusses experiences, offer support and communicate openly and honestly. 

During the group meeting,individual will talk about what troubling them and each person in group is encouraged to give support, engage in a positive therapeutic enviorment and provide feedback. 

The  Group therapists may serve as models for effective communication stress and coping skills education, offer problem-solving strategies, and promote self-acceptance and self-support.
