How to access "Free" EAP counseling with your employer's EAP benefits?
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are benefits commonly offered by employers to assist their employees with access to short-term, individual, and family/couples counseling services. As with any form of counseling, EAP counseling is a valuable resource. It can improve your overall health and wellness. Attending sessions can reduce stress and anxiety and improve your overall health and quality of life. Our EAP counselors can help you overcome serious issues or provide solution to problems that come with everyday living.
Contact your employer's human resource office and let them know that you are interested in EAP counseling as a self-referral to assist you with issues that may effect your quality of work at the company. Your employer may allow you to attend a certain number of sessions, usually 2 to 12 sessions. EAP counselor keep your information confidential. The employer will provide an EAP referral form to our counseling program services. Free Counseling and Therapy Paid for by your Employer through the following EAP Programs
