Adolescents who have experienced physical, emotional, abuse or other trauma can benefit from drug abuse interventions, even if they are not addicted to drugs.

Many teenagers may suffer from symptoms related to painful and traumatic events, such as anxiety, stress, relationship issues, school difficulties, substance use, fear, and hopelessness. Teenagers can face mental and substance use health issues just as adults do.

In the U.S., over 16 percent of children under the age of 18 – or one in six – experience a mental health disorder, including depression, anxiety, or substance abuse. Early intervention can lead to better long-term outcomes for teens struggling with mental health or substance use issues. Therefore, it is crucial and important to seek help as early as possible.

Adolescent Outpatient Counseling Services

We offer assessment, monitoring, and therapy services to support teenagers aged 13–18, providing hope to them and their families. Our treatment includes the involvement of parents, siblings, and other family members, which is crucial for helping teenagers develop and sustain a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, we provide opportunities for teens to engage in therapy that focuses on their interests, such as LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, anxiety, and support.

How to Get Started?

To begin the healing process, the initial step is to register and complete insurance forms for  a thorough evaluation of the health history and any additional concerns. This assessment includes an orientation for parents, where we can address any inquiries regarding mental health treatment. Assessments are available via phone or video call during our office hours, which are from 9 am to 7 pm. After the evaluation, our team will collaborate with your teenager and family to identify the most effective treatment strategy. Every treatment plan is tailored to your child's specific needs and objectives. We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic therapies.therapy to teens with:
