We understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why we offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with our licensed therapists from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
We warmly welcome DISA and DOT CDL drivers, along with all DOT safety‑sensitive professionals, who are ready to take the next step toward returning to work. Our approach is supportive, respectful, and designed to make the return‑to‑duty process feel clear and manageable.
Our certified DOT‑qualified Substance Abuse Professionals walk with you every step of the way—offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability so you can move forward with confidence and a fresh start.
We proudly provide In-Person or Video DOT, DISA, and Non‑DOT assessments, ensuring every client receives the care, clarity, and direction they need to succeed.
Our licensed counselors are here to help you navigate through life's challenges. We offer individual counseling services that are tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, or relationship issues, we're here to support you.
Our couples counseling services are designed to help you and your partner improve communication, work through conflicts, and strengthen your relationship. Our experienced therapists are here to guide you through the process and help you build a strong and healthy relationship.
Our Anger Management therapy is a form of counseling that helps individuals understand, manage, and express anger in healthier, more constructive ways—rather than trying to eliminate anger. Anger management therapy helps a person: Identify triggers that cause anger and recognize early warning signs, and learn coping and regulation skills so anger doesn’t escalate into aggression, shutdown, or impulsive actions. The goal of our anger therapy is to help improve communication and relationships by expressing anger assertively instead of aggressively or passively.
Our parenting therapy is a structured counseling designed to address parenting concerns in court matters with local area county courts, custody disputes, family court cases, or child welfare matters.
It focuses on behavioral accountability, emotional regulation, and safe, effective parenting practices. The program includes the SAMHSA NREPP Nurturing Parenting Program evidence-based approaches like parent-child interaction therapy, and participation is mandatory.
Therapists report progress, attendance, and engagement directly to the court.
Successfully completing parenting therapy demonstrates a parent’s commitment to change and can influence court decisions positively, particularly in high-conflict involved cases.
