About the Smart Start Hand Held Mobile Monitoring Device Program

Smart Start is a major provider of alcohol monitoring technology used by specialized treatment courts, probation, and parole. They offer a portable, handheld alcohol monitoring device that costs roughly one-third the price of continuous monitoring systems. It features up to 10 programmable test windows daily and provides immediate alchol use status notifications to treatment providers and/or authorities.
