Anger Management Counseling for Effective Anger Control
Anger Management Counseling Program
Our anger management program includes counseling and an education class designed to help you manage and control your anger in healthy ways. Our experienced therapists offer valuable guidance and support to help you identify the root causes of your anger, develop effective coping skills, and improve your relationships with others.
Harris County Parole and Probation Department Approved Provider for Video or In Person Classes
Enroll in this anger management class if the judge has directed you to attend an anger counseling program. This anger management course takes place weekly on Thursdays from 2 pm to 3 pm or as a 1:1 individual session at a time that is convenient for you. A video Google Meet link will be sent out prior to each counseling session.
The next group starts on June 4th, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
Open groups start at any time, with no waiting. In some cases, courts or probation may request clients to complete 8 to 12 sessions. The class includes monthly court and probation progress status reports. We accept health insurance, and self-pay is available at $60.00 per session. In some cases, courts or probation may request clients to complete 8 to 12 sessions. The cost for an anger management assessment is $250.00 (not required for the course). Pre-test and post-test evaluations are included in the course.
