Anger Management Counseling Program
Mona Mentors Anger Management Program is approved by Harris County Community Supervision and Correction Department also known as "Probation".
Our Services:
Our anger management counseling services (group or individual) can help you manage and control your anger in healthy ways. Our experienced therapists provide guidance and support to help you identify the root causes of your anger, develop coping skills, and improve your relationships with others.
Enroll in this course if the judge has directed you to attend an Anger Management class.
This Anger Management course held weekly Thursdays from 2 pm to 3 pm or by 1:1 individual session at a time that is convenient for you. A video google meet link will be sent prior to each counseling session.
Next Group Starts on June 4th, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
- Open Group Start at Any Time, No Waiting
- In some case courts or probation may request clients complete 8 to 12 sessions
- Class includes monthly court and probation progress status reports
- We accept health insurance, self-pay at $60.00 per sessions. In some case courts or probation may request clients complete 8 to 12 sessions.
- Anger Management Assessment Cost is $250.00 (not required for course)
- Pre-Test/post-test included in course
