Anger Management Counseling Program
Mona Mentors Anger Management Program is approved by the Harris County Community Supervision and Correction Department, commonly referred to as "Probation".
Our Services:
Our anger management counseling services, available in both group and individual formats, are designed to assist you in managing and controlling your anger in healthy ways. With the help of our experienced therapists, you will identify the root causes of your anger, develop effective coping skills, and enhance your relationships with others.
Enroll in this Anger Management program if a judge has directed you to attend an anger management class.
This anger management course meets weekly on Thursdays from 2 pm to 3 pm or through individual one-on-one sessions at a time that best suits you. A Google Meet video link will be provided prior to each counseling session.
The next group starts on June 4th, 2026, at 2:00 pm.

In certain cases, the courts or Harris County probation may require clients to complete between 8 to 12 sessions. This class includes monthly court and probation progress status reports.
We accept health insurance or self-pay options at $60.00 per session. In some situations, clients may need to complete 8 to 12 sessions as requested by the court or probation.
The cost of the Anger Management Assessment is $250.00 (this assessment is not required for the course).
A pre-test and post-test are included in the course.
