At Mona Therapy we believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that substance free living, mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.

We offer outpatient treatment services that include group sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30 am to 10:00 am and individual counseling by appointment. Our Outpatient Treatment Program service length is 6 weeks. Family counseling is also offered, so family engagement in the treatment process and education.

Our team of experienced clinicians uses a cognitive behavior therapy and client-centered approach, working collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. We also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
